Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita squeezes its own fruit juice daily and makes its own ice-creams, sherbets, bread and pastries. Be sure and sample our 'Iced-Tea of the Day' such as Four Berries and Chamomile & Mint, served throughout the resort.
Specialty foods include cactus, pumpkin, chayote, vanilla pods, the Bougainvillea flower and many others.
Our executive chef and renowned sommelier have created remarkable new tasting menu experiences pairing the finest world ingredients, rare vintage and Mexican wines, several prepared for us exclusively.

La Canoa
This elegant AAA Four Diamond restaurant features our French chef's "La Cuisine de los Soles" - a delectable fusion of styles using the spices and chilies of several warm weather countries. Dress code is Casually Elegant.
Kaax (Pronounced “Caash” a Mayan word meaning "Jungle")
Hand painted murals depicting the region’s flora and fauna welcome you to an authentic Yucatan dining experience like no other. Our chef honors the regional traditions by remaining true to the original recipes— but adds his own modern touches and presentations. Waiters are at hand to explain each dish as you enjoy a wonderfully new gourmet experience. Dress code is Casual.
El Chiringuito (Spanish slang meaning “little establishment")
This casual open air beach side bistro presents fresh seafood, chicken and meats fire-grilled using Zapote, the native hardwood. You must try the "Chilpachole," a traditional light Mexican seafood stew served in a clay pot, or one of the fresh pizzas baked in the outdoor wood fired oven. Dress code is Casual.
For something truly special, ask about our romantic dinner served privately on the beach. You may also have meals presented in your suite at any time.*

Hippos Bar
Overlooking the pool and ocean and covered by a large thatched "palapa," Hippos Bar is the heart of Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita during the day. People come to relax and chat in its cool and tranquil atmosphere. In addition to enjoying the unlimited premium beverages — one of your many Endless Privileges® — you will also enjoy a never ending selection of delicious light snacks. Be sure and stop by for a quiet pre-dinner cocktail as well.
