"Our travels to Mexico have always been beautiful. Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita was another fabulous resort to add to our list. There is a man named Charles Wills who lives and works at the resort as a health and wellness professional. After speaking with him for about 15 minutes, he told us our numbers and how they reveal personality traits about a person. This was very intriguing, because everything he was said about us was correct.

 

We set up an appointment and Charles visited our room for about 1 and ½ hours. He hooked each of us up to finger clip pulse monitors. He then used this software which enabled us to see our heart beating in real time as well as our breathing. Both of us were breathing much faster than what is considered to be healthy. Charles said that most people do not know how to breathe correctly because we are always in a state of fight or flight. He used another interactive program to help us to control our breathing. At the end of our session, both of us showed great improvement when our hearts and breathing were monitored again. It was such a drastic difference that if we implement these practices at home and in our daily lives, we are convinced that we will lead even healthier lives and may even add on an extra 10-15 years.

 

I would highly recommend taking a few minutes out of your day just to meet Charles. He is an extraordinarily magnetic person who will bring nothing but positive energy your way.

"Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita was unbelievable! The resort, the service, the food, the accommodations... were perfection! I did yoga every morning on the pier, took the aqua-aerobics class in the salt water pool every afternoon, had massages on the beach, wined and dined in the most beautiful and peaceful settings and took a sunset cruise on the catamaran. I especially enjoyed the organic gourmet foods and the fresh organic infused iced tea - everyday there was a different flavor!

 

Being a gourmet cook myself, one of the highlights for me, was being able to take a private tour into the kitchen of one of the main restaurants with the dessert and bread chef, Eric Martinez. They dressed me in a chef's coat and hair net and sent me to wash up and tour everything! It was fascinating and amazing. I then had a private dessert making class with the chef in his kitchen - we made strawberries & lime sauce, with French chocolate sauce over home made rum ice cream!

 

Without exception, every one was so incredibly gracious and the service was over the top. For our anniversary - they delivered special chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to our room. Thank you for thinking of us during our anniversary. I took some beautiful photos - and this will certainly rank among the best vacation memories we have ever had! "

"I cannot thank you enough for such a wonderful celebration/vacation for my husbands 50th birthday! It was by far the best vacation we have ever been on and the staff is the main reason why. The entire staff made my husband feel like a king the entire time we were there! Everyone we came in contact with was outstanding. From the personal greeting on arrival and painless check-in, to the spacious and private suites - all with names, not numbers - to the freshly cut lime and dish of salt left daily next to the bottle of tequila in each suite - the attention to detail and personal service is exceptional. If you appreciate a nice bottle of wine properly served in a varietal appropriate Reidel crystal glass or a perfectly executed Grey Goose dirty martini; if you enjoy your meals prepared to order from fresh, organic ingredients and served with care and style; if you enjoy having your wishes anticipated by a warm and caring staff; if your idea of luxury is utter tranquility disturbed only by peacocks, macaws and iguanas - this resort is for you.

"Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita defines perfection. From the moment we arrived, we knew this would be a vacation of a lifetime. This facility would impress even those with the most discerning tastes.

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly, welcoming staff. After a quick private tour of the facilities, we were escorted to our suite. All suites face the ocean with separate living and sleeping areas and at least one balcony. The bathroom is spacious and beautifully done.

The grounds are incredible. Both pool areas overlook the ocean and are surrounded by the perfect balance of landscape (rock, grass, plants etc.) There are canopy style beds right on the beach which provide the perfect place for relaxation.

 

The food is outstanding. You can eat at any of the restaurants, in your suite, in your beach chair or even arrange a private dinner on the beach. The options are endless. We tried each of the restaurants and all were simply fabulous. Everything is cooked with fresh, organic ingredients.

 

We were most impressed with the staff. Everyone from the cooks, servers, bartenders to the entertainment manager were amazing. There was someone there to ask if we wanted another drink just as soon as we finished our last one. This resort is small, so everyone remembers your name. This resort is fabulous. We are already working on finding a time to go back. This is above and beyond any five star resort we have ever stayed. It is a small and intimate boutique property that encompasses everything a vacation should be. A real gem."

"My wife and I stayed at Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita and had an amazing time. This resort is very intimate and very quiet.

 

The transport from the airport is a quick 20 minute drive in a private Lincoln Navigator. Upon arrival, we where ushered to our spacious suite –that’s right, no check in process. The rooms are immaculate and the bathrooms are amazing. There are two different patios off the room with the larger one having a nice outdoor couch for sunbathing along with a table for two. We ordered room service with coffee and tea every morning on the patio.

 

The food is spectacular. We particularly loved breakfasts sitting al fresco with an amazing ocean view, and lunch by the pool every day was always great as they give you the option of ordering from two different restaurants. The service by the pool for cocktails and food was always outstanding.

 

The service really was outstanding in all aspects. They make you feel really pampered. I can't really say enough about this resort, you truly feel that you are at one of the finest hotels in the world."
