Your every need is anticipated in our highest level of luxury suites. Butler Service is included for the most prestigious of our guests staying in the Impression™ Club and Butler suites. Expect the unexpected and experience the luxury you deserve.

Before you stay

  • Arrangements will be made prior to your arrival to ensure your trip is designed specifically for you.

Upon arrival

  • Recommendations and arrangements for your private dining services, tours, activities and spa will be made.
  • Your butler will be eager to book all activities during your stay, on and off property.
  • A cell phone number will be provided to have personal and direct communication with your butler during your stay.

During your stay

  • Our staff and chef will be happy to accommodate any special food or beverage requests.
  • Reservations will be made for all your meals.
  • Our friendly staff will unpack your luggage, hang clothes, provide shoe shine and laundry* services as needed.
  • Every day, your butler will coordinate coffee or tea services, and provide a newspaper of your choice.
  • Your butler will coordinate with housekeeping, set your pillow menu, restock bathroom amenities and personalize your mini bar selections.
  • We will reserve your beach Day Bed and supervise pool and beach wait service.

Upon departure

  • Your bags will be brought up to the departure area.
  • Our staff will process all necessary paperwork for checkout.

The Butler Service is valid on all new reservations made at Zoëtry Paraiso de la Bonita Riviera Maya when booking an Impression™ Club or Butler suite room category. The Butler Service is complimentary with a stay in the following room categories: Butler Ocean Front One Bedroom Suite with Plunge Pool, Butler Ocean Front Master Suite Two Bedroom with Plunge Pool, Butler Ocean Front Two Bedroom Governor Suite, Impression Ocean Front Junior Suite with Plunge Pool, Impression Ocean Front One Bedroom Suite with Private Pool and Impression Ocean Front Two Bedroom Presidential Suite with Pool.

After booking for two adults, the Butler provides guests with the following amenities: arrange on and off resort excursion, schedule dining times, work with guests on all special needs, unpack luggage, hang clothes, arrange laundry service, coordinate tea and coffee, offer shoe shine services, coordinate housekeeping, coordinate pillow menu, book day bed, and take care of checkout needs.
